Detroit Tigers Spring Training

The Detroit Tigers 2016 Spring Training schedule will mark the Tigers 80th season at TigerTown, extending the longest-standing relationship between a major league team and a current Spring Training host city. The 2015 spring season also marks the club's 51st consecutive season of exhibition play at Joker Marchant Stadium.

The Tigers will open the home exhibition schedule on Monday, February 29 as the club plays host to Florida Southern College in the annual matchup against the Moccasins. The Tigers open the home portion of the Grapefruit League schedule against the Pittsburgh Pirates the next day.
