The Cleveland Indians hold
2010 spring training schedule opens with a
weekend slate featuring two games in Goodyear Ballpark against the
Cincinnati Reds and a Sunday home game against the Texas Rangers.
The Indians are scheduled to play a total of 32 (15 home/17 road) spring
exhibition games in 2010 including three 7:05 p.m. (Mountain Time) night
games at Goodyear Ballpark. One of which the Indians are the visiting team
vs. the Reds. The Tribe will break 2010 spring training in Arizona following
the April 3 game against Cincinnati at Goodyear Ballpark before traveling to
face the Chicago White Sox in Chicago in the 2010 regular season opener on
April 5. |
Following the March 27 home game against the Rays, the Tribe will break camp
and head north to Atlanta. That pit stop will be followed by the club's home
and season opener, March 31 against the White Sox at Jacobs Field.
